#onthisday in 1955 UK scientist E P George published a groundbreaking paper using #muons to image a tunnel's overburden. Now, 67 years later #muography is used to image pyramids, volcanos, railway tunnels, civil infrastructure, mines and much more. Happy #muontomography birthday!
