God is far more interested in your heart -- and your actions -- than He is in who's president. "He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision." Ps. 2:4 If God is laughing at the "kings of the earth," you can probably lighten up a little.

The problem with many non-profits is that they get paid for "trying," not for "succeeding." That's why profit is a powerful and effective motivator.

Elon Musk creates 4400 millionaires to include hundreds of working-class people in one IPO. Bernie has created 1 millionaire. Himself. Stop listening to socialists. They don't know how to create wealth, only how to steal it.

In LOTR, the shire spent so long sheltered from evil that it began to think evil did not exist. The west is like the shire. We must save the shire.

In 1992 Al Gore predicted that within two decades, Florida would lose 60% of its population due to climate change. Today, 34 years later, Florida's population is 425% higher than it was in 1992.

By 1900, the United States had achieved a 90% literacy rate largely by using McGuffey Readers in one-room schoolhouses.  But, yeah, NYC’s problem is it’s not spending enough money.

They just seems to be such a double standard on this. If you take someone like Stephen Colbert and Nick Fuentes, they both hold some absolutely abhorrent ideas. So why is it socially acceptable in evangelicalism to hold out Colbert as having provided a positive Christian witness when he provided one reasonably Christian sounding comment, but not Fuentes? Both men claim to be Christians. And I would say the evidence suggests both men are not.

I’ve been saying this since at least the mid-80s. I literally figured this out in high school.
Excellent article by @StephenMoore on elimating the postal service. --- The USPS has managed to lose money every year despite the cost of a “forever stamp” rising to 78 cents—a 90 percent rise since 2017. The USPS should cease operations at some certain date, perhaps on Jan. 22, 2028. It should declare bankruptcy and immediately start selling off any profitable operations to businesses like FedEx, or its valuable real estate holdings owned across the country should be auctioned off to help pay off its losses.

I read everywhere about the 'hard right' This the term used to describe people who are Islamosceptic - that is, people who are doubtful about the merits of a religion that demands child marriage, the beating of women, and death to all who oppose it Perhaps 'sensible right' would be a better description
