Dear Mom,

You’ve been educating students for 43 years.
And the least I could do, after you faithfully served as the principal at @EdgewoodPrimary, is make you this tribute video as you retire.

Growing up in Indiana, this is the kind of player you looked up to. Someone who loved the game and loved their team. Bailey, Alford, Benson, Henderson, Cheaney, Leonard, Jeffries, Jackson-Davis, Hulls, Zeller, etc. Leal may. It have all the stats, but he has the heart. #iubb

I watched him play at the Hoosier Dome. Magical! The first game I went to @IndianaUniv, I remember walking down the stairs to the court during warmups. Damon walked over to my best friend and greeted him by name. #StarStruck #iubb

I work at a school. I’m 6’4”. When I play basketball with kids at recess, I can block shots, get rebounds, and make layups, just like another tall person.
