"God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him” (1 Jn 4:16). This is the heart of the Gospel, the heart of Christ. Whoever immerses themselves in it no longer lives for themselves. I give thanks for the abundant witnesses of faith and charity I have experienced on this #ApostolicJourney to #Spain.

Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean. Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences. They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom. #MagnificaHumanitas

The brutal truth is that our entire system relies on abortion You can’t keep women in the work force without abortion You can’t maintain the casual sex culture and disrupt family formation without abortion Women with children find themselves dependent on men, single women find themselves dependent on the state Women are more likely to take abuse from employers, less likely to demand raises, less likely to oppose their replacement People have been conditioned to believe they couldn’t function in society without abortion, and at some level we’ve ensured that’s correct We’re far from the first civilization to base itself on child sacrifice but don’t lie to yourself, that’s exactly what we’ve done You can look back on the Mayans in horror because they did their sacrifices on an altar but they could never hope to match our level of slaughter Until the paradigm shifts there will be no popular support for it’s restriction
Abortion has never been more normalized or popular. The pro-life movement, if their goal is to save lives rather than pay themselves $400,000 a year to go on podcasts, should ask why they keep losing at the state level, rather than agitate against Trump.

In a world wounded by arrogance, people hunger and thirst for justice. We must encourage those who believe in peace and dare to engage in “countercurrent” politics, which focus on the common good. What is urgently needed is the courage of new visions and an educational pact that gives young people space and trust. #ApostolicJourney #EquatorialGuinea vatican.va/content/leo-xiv/e…

Woe to those who manipulate religion and the very name of God for their own military, economic, and political gain, dragging that which is sacred into darkness and filth. #ApostolicJourney #Cameroon vatican.va/content/leo-xiv/e…

Trump doesn't understand Catholics. This is Trump’s blind spot: Trump’s financial and political successes are rooted in a personality cult surrounding the TRUMP brand. Even his preferred religious leaders are appointed solely because they are loyal to Trump first. Trump has failed to understand that Catholics have a greater allegiance to their Pope in Rome. Trump cannot compete with the Pope. Even when a Pope is mid-tier, Catholics will defend their Pope. Pope means “pop” or “dad” and while we may see flaws in our dad, he's still our dad. Historians will mark Trump’s attack on the Pope as one of the primary events that led to his downfall and the downfall of the Republican Party. The Midterms will be ugly. 2025-2026 was a triumphant year for Catholics with the first American Pope ever and a record-breaking increase in Easter conversions. Trump chose the absolute worst moment to throw darts at the Pope, publish profanity on Easter Sunday, and post himself as a “red cross doctor with glowing hands.” Trump cooked himself. He should have celebrated an American Pope and harnessed all the exuberant Catholic energy moving into 2026. But Trump shares the stage with no one. Instead, he attacked the one American who is more powerful and more popular than himself: the American Pope. Trump was blinded by his own (declining) aura.

Prayer teaches us how to act. In prayer, our limited human possibilities are joined to the infinite possibilities of God. Thoughts, words and deeds then break the demonic cycle of evil and are placed at the service of the Kingdom of God. A Kingdom in which there is no sword, no drone, no vengeance, no trivialization of evil, no unjust profit, but only dignity, understanding and forgiveness. #PrayTogether #Peace

Let us allow ourselves to be transformed by the peace of Christ! Let us make heard the cry for peace that springs from our hearts! For this reason, I invite everyone to join me in a prayer vigil for peace that we will celebrate here in Saint Peter’s Square next Saturday, April 11. #Easter

We turn our gaze to Jesus, who reveals himself as King of Peace, even as war looms abounds him. He remains steadfast in meekness, while others are stirring up violence. He offers himself to embrace humanity, even as others raise swords and clubs. #GospelOfToday

Many act as if slavery was a uniquely American crime. “One reason,” says author Wilfred Reilly (@wil_da_beast630), “is that a lot of black people survived here.” He argues that much of what Americans are taught about slavery is just wrong:

One of the biggest success stories of the past decade is DoorDash We finally have the technology to make consumers pay $120 for a $78 meal that'll arrive in 53 minutes lukewarm The enshittification of everything. It's hard to believe their was a time when the standard was free delivery, hot food, delivered in under 30 minutes, delivery driver was lucky to get 10% tip ($2 on a $20 order) Now you get squeezed. You pay multiples more for food that isn't as good, service that isn't as good, an experience that isn't as good.

Bullshit!! Private equity buying up tons of residental real estate is what's causing higher housing prices. Some guy who just crossed the border doesn't have a hundreds of thousands dollars to buy a home. He's trying to distract you and covering up for his Wall Street friends.

When it seems we have hit rock bottom, let us remember that this is the very place from which God is able to begin a new creation. This creation is made of people raised up, with hearts forgiven and tears wiped away. #GeneralAudience

You don’t have a right not to be offended. Charlie offended some people, I offend some people. So what? You didn’t like what he said - and then what happened? “He’s influencing people!!” So what, influence them back. In America, we don’t shut down opinions we don’t like. Period.

Tragic news continues to arrive in these days from the Middle East, especially from Gaza. I express my profound sadness regarding last Thursday’s attack by the Israeli army on the Catholic Parish of the Holy Family in Gaza City, which as you know killed three Christians and gravely wounded others. I pray for the victims, Saad Issa Kostandi Salameh, Foumia Issa Latif Ayyad, Najwa Ibrahim Latif Abu Daoud, and I am particularly close to their families and to all the parishioners.

I'm already tired of people offloading their cognitive processes to AI. Too many people willing to not think for themselves and ask AI to answer every little thing. Almost every thread on X you see the top comment being "Hey Grok, tell me what to think about this." People are already treating AI as if it is some infallible oracle. It's not. It's pre-programmed with official narratives that are often false and misleading.

So the Yale Listen Study said 709 days per their testing of vaxinjured still having continuous spike production (which I am a participant in this study) and show T cell exhaustion etc Well it’s actually longer than that: My first injection was 12/23/2020 and I haven’t stopped producing spike and it’s now 02/21/2025 8 months after my 2 Moderna injections I still had large amounts of spike detected per antigen testing- & I’ve never had Covid( results below) That’s 1,521 days - of continuous spike protein production with NO OFF SWITCH since my first injection & STILL in my body to date Let that sink in! (3 years worth of Cytokine 14 panels & S1 immune subset panels below) I am a documented, confirmed & diagnoses Adverse reaction to MRNA vaccine ( T50.B95A)
