Ooo it depends. I love art that explores dark themes but it needs to be intentional and handled well. It’s hard for me to consume media with any graphic child abuse, even if it’s purely for storytelling purposes. I fully avoid that in fanfics ❌ besides that, authorial intent

Has to be present and also matter. Like if the character experiences sa, it needs to be treated like sa narratively, even if the character doesn’t perceive it as sa (if that makes sense??). Idk if I answered the question I’m sorry.
