For all busy 9-to-5 workers who are scared that AI will replace their jobs: I want to build a personalised roadmap for you to become AI-native (that fits your packed schedule). We'll go through the tasks you hate doing and turn them into a repeatable workflow that you can use any time. Apply here (I'll reach out to you via email/Telegram/Twitter if you're a fit): open.gideonfip.com

The only real way to make money with AI: You already have a system for value exchange (you give value and receive money in return), and AI automates all the tasks that you hate doing. Just asking AI to make you 6 figures won't cut it when it doesn't have full context about your strengths and interests. AI's output will only be usable when you spend time building a system that integrates well with it.

The only goal that I aim for when using AI: Create an output so good, it's as if you did the entire task yourself. It's only possible to automate with AI when your context and Skills are accessible to the model, and it executes the task with full clarity on who you are, what you do, and how you think. Narrow the focus with context, and execute tasks with SOPs so AI does the work for you.

Agents are useful, but they take forever to set up. It's a pain when connecting all of the tools and integrations, and they can break at any time. Automation should only come after your systems and workflows are good enough that any model can give you the output you want. So focus on those first. The agents can come later.

AI will continue to be feared if it's always the reason for companies to lay off workers. We'd all see it as an enemy that replaces us, rather than an amplifier of our work. And it all boils down to building an effective system with clear SOPs so AI executes, while you are the conductor that decides what should be done.

Using the 'best' model won't do anything to your output if you don't give clear instructions to AI. Claude Fable will soon be 'just another model' when the new ones come out. Build your system, context, and skills first before choosing the best model for your work.

The best Skills you build come from taking inspiration from others. I used to be worried about being called a copycat, but now I see the value of adapting from others to build my own. The ultimate goal of any Skill is to automate the steps you hate doing in any workflow. It doesn't matter how you get there, but only when you achieve the outcome.

Mastering AI was never about learning the latest tools, models, or agents. All you need is to build Effective Skills, which can be done with zero coding experience. Here's how I automate my workflows with AI: skills.gideonfip.com

Lots of takeaways after my first 2 tuition lessons: • Teach concepts in frameworks so they become more memorable (AI is excellent at building these) • The information is all out there, but the way you package it becomes the key differentiator from AI • Reputation and proof still matters most (something that @AlexHormozi has gone all in) to earn the trust of your potential customers
How can you learn something faster with AI? After barely touching Chemistry in 5 years, I only have 4 days to be up to speed with the syllabus for my first tuition lesson. I can't remember much, so I plan to use AI to flatten the learning curve with these steps: • Gather all the context from available resources • Feed them into NotebookLM • Build a question library to help me deepen my understanding This will be my challenge to complete in the next few days.

To get good at AI, break down your workflow into atomic steps. Be as specific as you can on each task and outcome so you get a clear idea on what AI can help you automate, and what remains your task. It's not possible to give AI a vague workflow and expect it to do wonders for you.

The bar is still extremely low to build a good app. Something I learnt from airdrops is that dilution will be everywhere, so how do you actually stand out? The only edge is reputation, or others' trust in you.
Massive output uptick due to agentic AI. Complete flat adoption.

To everyone who feels left behind because of the sheer number of AI tools and agents being launched every day: Ignore the noise. Most of them are just distractions that you'll never use in the long-term. Instead, focus on building a system that lets you switch tools and models while still getting the same outputs.
