The studio's aim was to express a charming version of Cornwall. I loved exploring the region (virtually on Google Maps and through thousands of references on Pinterest).
It's often disorienting for me when I actually visit a region I've artistically absorbed years before.

This is the biggest thing that shocked me moving from Canadian studios to LA studios. Lack of organization w/ background files.
Layers were all over the place with no consideration for the vendor studios and how they would need to use them –I'd often reorganize before painting.

Can confirm, Canadian pipeline really helped me learn proper BG organization. Always mask in any FX layers to to your FG/MG/BG groups or overlapping objects so they can be easily turned on/off with all their treatments :,)
