Today, one of my patients died from the consequences of a severe stroke.
During my last nightshift I heard him talking in the his room at 3am.
He didn't noticed me when I entered. And I listened for a bit. He talked to his wife of 70years, his daughter and granddaughter.

That was a week ago.
Today he took his last breath.
He don't know if he got to tell his family.
