life update- it’s my last weekend at @13WHAM! I’ve loved being here for the last two years and have learned so much and it’s bittersweet to leave. BUT I am so excited to be moving back to Columbus, OH to report in my hometown at 10TV. Thank you ROC! ❤️📺🤩

On Mental Health Day we honored Compeer’s 50th Anniversary. In 1973 founder Bunny Skirboll started Compeer in Rochester to connect individuals living with mental health challenges with friends. Now it's a global movement with more than 2,000 volunteers across 40 locations. Kudos!

We made it to Dubai. While we’re incredibly grateful to be somewhere safe our hearts break for Israel. I cannot express enough the gratitude I feel towards the IDF and the people of Israel for keeping us safe. I wish we had more than prayers to repay them with. #IStandWithIsrael
