Keir Starmer’s Camden Council will try on Monday to ban all activity by residents on ‘international issues’ in an attempt to stop deputations, petitions, protests about Palestine. It is doing this because it doesn’t want those of us who fund the Council to be able to object to its tens of millions of £ invested in companies that enable apartheid, occupation & genocide. The Council is as undemocratic & authoritarian as our MP, their Supreme Leader, Keir Starmer. Hundreds of trees have been felled for a road widening scheme in north Plymouth. Despite that, an application is in, in the same area to fell 27 mature trees, covered by a TPO to build a new showroom for a car dealership! This is not essential and the harm cannot be justified.
