I literally just spent 2 hours reading through the @gitlab handbook: about.gitlab.com/handbook. Such an awesome thing. This is a new level of openness.
We are grateful for the support and value that @gitlabfan brings to the GitLab community. I second that in hoping to see many more courses. Another option is to use the .rocks domain.
I'm no lawyer, but I think you can *mention* GitLab and CI, just not look like you *are* GitLab. Like "Learn GitLab CI" or "X for GitLab". Anyway, we'd love to work with you to find something that works. We're fans of what you're doing.
Alright, this was expected - GitLab gently asks to stop using domain gitlab-ci.site for our course :(
We hoped that top-level domain “.site” would be enough to make it clear that we're not affiliated with GitLab, but nope...
Alright, our course “GitLab CI for developer” is officially live!
All backers and buyers have received links to access the course!! If you haven’t let us know!
And of course check out the course website: gitlab-ci.site
Alright, it is November 30, and we have something to say about the status of our GitLab CI course: indiegogo.com/projects/learn…
TLDR: Not yet, but really really soon ;)
Hey, @gitlab, I am getting {"message":"401 Unauthorized"} for any API call today.
I kinda need this to finish my GitLab CI course. Could you pls check if I am blocked or something?
My GitLab.com account is glf.
