Huge delays at @LeShuttle to get back into the UK. Nobody asked for our Covid tests or passenger locator forms. #BrexitReality. Mind you, they were unable to verify that we had settled status, thanks to 'long processing backlogs'...

Today I had my first #COVID19Vaccination at the Business Design Centre in #Islington. I was amazed at the impressively well-run operation there. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers for looking after me so well.

Look at Localization from a new angle. Stop considering it a side effect of doing business globally, and think of it as a huge conversion driver. @esther_curiel I truly believe it is time to innovate on the Source side of things.
