ALT Sound Sketches is a series of automatic drawings made while listening to several carefully curated albums, the likes of which serve as both a lapse of time to complete the drawing and as inspiration for what become the final images. Starting with pencil marks on paper and with no preconceived subject or composition in mind, the piece evolves in tune with the music, until it reaches a balanced mixed between abstract and figurative forms.

ALT Gabriela Shel is an artist and illustrator who works in games, publishing and also sells her works as NFTs. She has worked for several years as a concept artist and game artist for a video games company and is now working as a freelance artist. She also sells her works as NFTs on various platforms. Currently she is selling her 1/1 artworks on Cardano and Ethereum blockchains, and also has some experience in the Tezos and Stacks blockchains.
