Shipped 2 separate items to PSA via USPS PME over a week ago...1 item arrived the next day and the other currently still shows as leaving my local post office the same day of shipment...I've submitted all the mail searches (internal and public) with USPS and submitted to insurance...but losing a Caitlin Clark Color Blast was not on my bingo card...how is this not a theft situation. @CardPurchaser

Hey @CardPurchaser, I've sold thousands of cards on ebay but sold an auth guaranteed card yesterday and dropped it off at the USPS dropbox this morning. Buyer is now requesting I cancel it cause "their kid didn't have permission to purchase" ... Buyer said they will process a return once they get it (after it goes through AG) and leave a bad review. Anyone had this issue before?

Hey @CardPurchaser I received an item not received request last night on ebay...but the card was shipped in July. I can't even go back and check tracking anymore...I am curious how eBay handles this sort of request from over 90 days ago?
