On Monday, Robin and Ibis Class enjoyed a very informative visit to the Parish Church and the local library.

Owl class had a visit from Wendy to talk about prayer. We all made a zebra to show that God made us all unique and special and he loves us just as we are. We made a paper chain to reflect on the things we are thankful for.

Nightingale have planted their broad beans in the courtyard garden. They grew the broad beans in science last term.

Greenfinch and Owl had an amazing trip to the Story Museum in Oxford. We enjoyed working in groups to create our own stories and telling them to each other.

As part of our History topic about Ancient Greece, Robin class used collage techniques to create 3D Medusa masks.

Earlier this week, Owl class were very excited to find a mysterious nest with a large egg in it. There were large footprints leading away from the nest to the door. After a lot of investigations, the children decided it was a dragon's egg.

As part of Robin's DT topic 'Sandwich Snacks' we designed, planned and made sandwiches. We then evaluated our efforts (after we had tasted them!).

The whole school enjoyed watching the theatre production of The Wizard of Oz yesterday afternoon. A huge thank you to our PTFA for generously funding this opportunity for the children.

On Monday our Healthy Schools Committee ran a fantastic Healthy Snack Bar! 🍎🥕 Pupils enjoyed a wide range of delicious fruit and vegetable snacks. A big thank you to all the parents for your generous contributions and support!
