@Ubiquiti Hi I am need technical support for a new product of yours I've purchased, but the "Submit Support Ticket" web page seems broken.
I fill out the criteria for help, but there is no button to make a ticket.
I can't seem to find any phone number to call or anything.

help.ui.com/hc/en-us/request… is an empty web page, and clicking the "Log In" button in the upper right corner lands at help.ui.com/hc/en-us&locale=… which is a 404 page.

Today I'm able to unlock the Submit Ticket button, but clicking it show red text "Unable to submit your request. Please try again." at the bottom of the screen.

Applications that stay in the system tray when hitting X on the main window should have an Arrow pointing toward the system tray location instead of an X. Don't make me remember which to minimize and which to close.
I really wish we could just dumpter the systray.

I wonder how many features steam has because this design shortcoming isn’t acknowledged as a problem by the steam devs.
Frequently software and game dev is defined by the problems you decide not to undertake as much as by the ones you do.

WFH pro-tip. If you have an APC UPS that seems to have bricked itself, and won’t turn on at all, it’s likely some manner of firmware crash that you can recover from using apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA158947/.
