Today made it clear to me. There are storm chasers, and storm chaser chasers.
If you have to rely on following another chaser all day. Hear me when I say this. STAY YOUR ASS AT HOME.

ugh y’all are giving me fomo. i love all my weather friends so much. immensely grateful for joining the community even if sometimes i wanna rip my hair out from it ♡
stay safe out there and let’s pls find each other under a meso this year!🌪️✨
also did not mean to come in with such a hot take 😭
all i know is i never wish for anyone to attempt to rest in a bed other than your own after your home was swept away, go on social media and see a cutesy edit of the exact tornado that took your safe place
ok well obviously i love and am fascinated by tornadoes and even clearly have a selfie with one…
wasn’t trying to be “morally superior” lol. just thought seeing edits of the enid tornado less than 24 hrs after it happened was a bit weird
the romanticizing of tornadoes needs to be stopped.
we can be fascinated by these storms and absolutely talk about them.
i think it’s a bit insensitive to look at a tornado actively destroying someone’s life and say “omg it’s so cute” and put pink pony club over the video.
btw this is strictly about TikTok.. the people i follow on here don’t go around calling tornadoes cute and making fancams of them destroying buildings lol
