Two Years of Promoting Yoruba Heritage! The journey was inspired by a deep love for our language and traditions, and I made the decision to focus strictly on Yoruba content. My mission was clear: to shine a spotlight on the beauty of the language. I always wanted my content to educate, inspire, and resonate with people who cherish our heritage. Those who know the Yoruba culture deeply and those who are just reawakening their love for it. Through unlearning and relearning, I’ve been able to produce content that stays true to our roots rather than mere viral videos. Hearing from people who feel connected to Yoruba culture through my content has been a gratifying experience. Whether it's a kind message, a comment, a shared post, phone call, monetary gift, or someone expressing how my work has inspired them to learn Yoruba, these moments remind me why I started this journey. This journey has also deepened my appreciation for the richness of Yoruba heritage. Every piece of content I create connects me further to my ancestry. There’s so much more to explore and share about the Yoruba language. To everyone who has supported me so far, thank you! Your feedback and encouragement keep me motivated. Ẹ ṣeun gan-an, mo dúpẹ́ púpọ̀ o 🙏

That will add to his list of "The Day I will never forget." I pray it doesn't affect his mental health
I watched an inter-departmental relay race in Unilag today. There was a guy who was the fastest in the faculty of social sciences. He had won all the golds in the races he participated in: 100m and 200m. It was time for the 4x100m relay race and he was the last leg as the fastest. The race started and, long story short, he was handed the baton and off he went. He then gave the guy in second place a 5 meters gap and started staring him down at about 50 metres into the race. He did it twice, and then with 10m to the end, he opened his arms in celebration and simultaneously stared down the guy in second place. Guess what?

If you have ulcer, toothache or diabetes, include cloves in your diet. If you don't have any of these conditions, still consider including cloves. Repost and read on Before going to the benefits, I found it amazing that clove is called kànáfùrù in Yorùbá, Kananfari in Hausa and Kanafura in Dangbali (Ghana). How did we all agree with to call it similar names? Anyways, let's move on. One of the best ways to use cloves is to grind it and add to your spices. They'll actually add special taste to your meals. You can also sprinkle the powder in tea or pap. You can cook the whole cloves and drink its tea. You can also just swallow the powder with water. Let's now look at the health benefits 1. ULCER Some days ago, I wrote about how our stomach produce acid for digestion and how mucus layer protects that stomach lining from ulcer. Now, most ulcer are cause by thinning of this mucus layer. Some studies have shown that eating cloves in large amounts can thicken this mucus, which will in turn lower your your risk of getting ulcers help in healing ulcer if you already have. 2. DIABETES If you're diabetic, eugenol in cloves can help lower your blood glucose to safe levels. In the same vein, you should be careful of taking too much so that the blood sugar will not be reduced too much. Hypoglycemia, which is when blood sugar is tii low, is as dangerous. So, you want to be moderate. 3. TOOTH ACHE I learnt this while staying in the North before reading about its medical proof. If you have tooth ache, crush cloves and grind it to paste. Apply to the tooth. You should feel relieved in minutes. Eugenol in clove is a natural anesthetic (numbing agent) and it's the one responsible here. You may get clove oil for faster results. They're also rich in antioxidants and so, they'll help mop up free radicals and and help prevent/reduce inflammation. Some studies also claim that they can help liver function when consumed moderately. Finally, these are just some of the few health benefits of cloves and they're cheap compared to many drugs. APPLY MODERATION in its use and share this for others who may need it. Tainkyu 😊

The most difficult thing to settle with as humans is the inability to achieve a desired result in any endeavours we engaged in It was more destabilising when the task was successful, but it was done for someone who did not appreciate it Your mental health is important Peace…

Well analysed...
Instead of asking for money, I’ve learned to ask for these six things first: ✅ WISDOM: Solomon didn’t chase wealth, he asked for wisdom. Everything else followed. I’ve come to understand that wisdom opens doors that money simply walks through. ✅ VISION: Without vision, it’s easy to feel lost. Goals are good, but vision gives direction. I ask God for a purpose so clear that it drives my faith and sharpens my focus. ✅ THE RIGHT PEOPLE: The right connections change everything. Destiny often shows up through people. I remind myself that I’m one aligned relationship away from my next breakthrough, so I seek alignment, not just company. ✅ STRATEGY: It’s not always about working harder, it’s about working with direction. Noah had a blueprint, David had a plan. I ask for clarity and guidance on what steps to take. ✅ DISCIPLINE: Growth requires consistency. Moses endured, Joseph waited. I know that what’s meant for me will come, but I need the strength to stay committed even when no one is watching. ✅ COURAGE: Esther stepped forward without certainty. That reminds me that sometimes what I’m praying for is on the other side of what scares me. So I choose boldness, even when it’s uncomfortable. Money wasn’t the starting point for me. These six things were. And once I began to focus on them, everything started to shift.

A PROBLEM KNOWN IS EASY TO SOLVED Before you can have mental health problems, you will first fall into depression. Depression is always a result of a failed relationship. Relationship depends on what or who you have a relationship with. It could be marital, parental, work,
