Media gave 100% T&E sacks credit to Justin, even though Justin never claimed that credit.

Aldon hurt his own shoulder the same season Justin got hurt. The late season sacks drop off was from BOTH injuries.

A source tells me he arrived DOA at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, California.

This is in reference to his refusal to challenge the voiding of his guarantees in July ‘25, not the current situation. People seem to assume he didn’t file a grievance because he was ‘guilty’, and couldn’t win. Maybe he didn’t want to win.

Well for one thing, if he successfully wins a grievance his guarantees are reinstated and he remains married to the 49ers for at least one more year. The 49ers are not releasing a player in a year they are paying 26m to him. And he’s untradeable with that contract and injury
