At #COP29 in Baku. Today the mood is despondent. People are calling it the greatest fail of any COP yet. No agreements on an amount to finance to developing countries, and China, UAE and Singapore still not classed at developed and to give money.

We do need to be concerned by the countries who host COP. The leadership is fundamental in when the negotiations stall, which we see happening now. The leaders shut the door and change the wording and that's why the negotiations stall. - Lowenna Jones
