Yesterday nearly broke me but over 10,000 dogs will be operated on now because of the Marathon. Probably a lot more once we plan it all out.
That was the hardest day of my life but I just can’t believe what people are like. Can’t walk but also speechless ❤️

Bought an apartment complex for $3.6M this year.
Had a Cost Segregation study performed.
Will be able to put a $1,044,444 paper loss on my tax return for 2025 thanks to bonus deprecation.
This effectively put my income on paper to $0.
Therefore my federal tax bill is $0 for 2025 (my state does not recognize 100% bonus deprecation so I will still have a tax bill on the state side.)
Whatever I still have left over in paper losses from 2025 (if I make less than $1.04M in personal income) will carry over to 2026 in the form of a Net Operating Loss Carryforward.
Remember…it’s not how much you make, it’s how much you keep ;)
