🚨Tulane Green Wave Commit🚨
Class of 27 DL
Malik Ward- @ward_malik09
6-4/235
Gautier, MS
He is a long, athletic, high-motor disruptor on the Gulf Coast who has emerged as a rising regional prospect through consistent production, All-Region honors, and strong combine/showcase performances. Gautier competes in Mississippi 6A Region 4; the program reached the 5A state title game in Ward’s sophomore year (2024) before a tougher 3-7 campaign in 2025 as a junior.
• Length and leverage: Long arms allow him to keep blockers at bay, set the edge, and create negative plays.
• Motor and pursuit: High-effort player who runs to the ball; sideline-to-sideline range and chase ability stand out.
• Pass-rush tools: Quick first step, bend, and hand usage generate pressure/sacks; versatile alignment.
• Run defense: Strong at the point of attack vs. zone and gap schemes; sheds blocks to make tackles for loss.
• Athletic upside: Combine performer with twitch and frame that project well to the next level.
Thank you god for putting me in this position Im in I appreciate everything you’ve done for me and I’ll love to announce that I will be announcing my commitment on the 22nd this month
Not wrong at all. Tulane is coming off of one of their strongest recruiting seasons for 2026.
This is their only season EVER to land two four-star recruits. With recruiting still strong and most of the staff the same, it’s hard to count them out

Class of 27 DL
Hans Emery Julien- @Emery00_
6-3/235
Laval, Quebec
A Canadian transplant (Quebec, Haitian heritage) who has rapidly adapted to elite U.S. prep football, he is a long, explosive, high-motor pass rusher who has become a fast-rising 3-star prospect with clear Power 4 potential. Baylor competes at a high level in Tennessee private school circles, and Julien has produced immediate impact as a junior starter.
• Explosive get-off and bend: Elite first-step quickness and flexibility to dip/turn the corner or collapse the pocket.
• Length and hand usage: 6’7” wingspan allows him to keep offensive linemen at bay, create separation, and finish plays. Violent hands and pursuit to hunt QBs/ball carriers.
• Motor and athleticism: High-effort, relentless player who shows up on every snap. Excellent range and chase ability.
• Pass-rush production: Consistent pressure and sack totals as a junior; forces offenses to account for him.
• Upside: Combines power, speed, and bend with a frame built for the next level. Excellent get-off, bend, athleticism and motor, uses his long arms to immediately give himself the advantage and then hunts down quarterbacks and ball carriers alike.

Class of 27 DL
Demetrius Terrell- @demetriustrrll
6-4/265
Birmingham, LA
Terrell is a high-upside interior defensive lineman with the frame, explosiveness, and motor to develop into a Power 4 contributor. Scouts describe him as a “dominant force on the interior” who was “really productive” with strong tape already.
• Pass Rush: Elite quickness off the snap combined with violent, active hands to rip through blockers. Converts speed to power exceptionally well and collapses the pocket from the interior or edge alignments. Serious threat to reach the quarterback.
• Run Defense: Eats up space and uses length/motor to work through double teams and multiple blockers. Terrific tackler who sheds and pursues effectively, rarely allows ball carriers to get past initial contact.
• Physical Tools & Versatility: Long arms and thick build give him natural leverage and control in the trenches. Two-way experience (DL OL tackle/guard) shows football IQ, hand usage, and technique that translate to both sides. High-effort player who plays to the whistle.
• Program Context: Developing in a competitive 6A program against quality competition, which has accelerated his growth. Dual-sport athleticism adds overall explosiveness and body control.
BOOM! Tulane lands a commitment from 3🌟 DL Demetrius Terrell. Demetrius chose Tulane over UNC, Georgia Tech, Arkansas, and many others. He plays with great quickness off the ball and has excellent hands at the line of scrimmage, making him a disruptive force in the trenches.

Maybe I’m too high on Tulane
But leaving them out of the G6 Top 10 Power Rankings feels like a BIG mistake
Am I wrong here? Please help me understand…
