I (really my landlady, I guess) got a $25 ticket for mixing paper and plastic recycling in front of my building.
I was able to obtain surveillance footage showing it was not from anyone who lives in my building. Seeking an attorney to represent me in sanitation court.

Since inflation is concentrated in meats, gasoline, car prices, and rents outside big cities, somewhere out there lives a vegan homeowner in NYC who commutes by subway and therefore has not noticed any inflation.

Outside of my apartment, a motorist just intentionally ran two people over and destroyed an outdoor dining setup.
Sadly, this isn't even the first time I've heard people being intentionally hit by a driver outside on this corner.

Just witnessed a truck intentionally hit a guy outside my apartment (he's okay) and drive away. When the @NYPDnews showed up, I kid you not, they explained to the victim that it was an accident and not a crime.
