@RoyalMail how do I speak to an actual person about a missing delivery? The website and app don’t have the info I need, and the phone number takes me on a never ending loop of recorded messages
Then when the recorded messages eventually decide they can’t help me they ask if I’d like to take part in a survey, I say Yes, and it comes back with the wait time is over 60 minutes!!

The incompetence of @TLRailUK is on full display tonight. Trains are delayed, when it eventually arrives they wait until we’re all on the train to announce they’re taking out a whole load of stops. They’ve kept in Stevenage which is served by 10 trains per hour 1/
But taken out all the stops that are served by 1 train per hour. So now 90% of the people on the train are stood on the platform, while a mostly empty train departs to not call at any of the stations it’s supposed to 2/
It’s now been over a month since I submitted a complaint to @JackWills who have double charged me for an order. Over a month without a response and they still have my money. Do I need to go to Trading Standards?
@TLRailUK@GNRailUK again you wait until the train is supposed to have departed to cancel, meaning there’s no time to get to Finsbury Park to get an alternative service. The most unreliable service in Britain, a complete disgrace, what is being done to address this ongoing issue
It’s always at this time of night when it’s even more important people get home in a timely manner, do you realise the impact your incompetence is having on people?
@GNRailUK it would appear you’ve just cancelled the 19.57 to Letchworth from Kings X - no announcements nothing, was showing as ‘on time’ right up to 19.57. Is the 20.27 going to go or is it another night of wondering how I’ll get home?
@GNRailUK train sat on the platform since 10, due to depart 22.27, you tell us at 22.35 there’s no driver but hopefully coming, the next train isn’t until 23.27 because you’ve cut the service. You’ve turned off the air con. You’ve charged me £35 for this
Oh no turns out there’s no 23.27 tonight (engineering works again is it?) so this is the last train, still sitting with no air con and no idea if we’re going anywhere, any chance someone could update us?
So tonight’s @TLRailUK incompetence: having cut the timetabled service in half they’ve cancelled 2 trains, so 3 trainloads of people trying to get on 1 train, but instead of the usual 8 carriages it’s 4, oh and no one can find the driver
@TLRailUK absolute farce again out of Kings Cross tonight. The communication with passengers is abysmal. I’m absolutely furious that I’m going to be so late home IF I get home
Raced to Finsbury Park because apparently train was leaving from there. Big surprise it’s not. But because you don’t tell anyone we’ve all missed the chance to get the Great Northern service
Train fares up again today, ridiculous what we pay in the UK for an unreliable and not fit for purpose rail network. Meanwhile, it’s 2025 and @TLRailUK are still running a reduced service ‘because of Covid’
The one consolation of the increased fares is that I know @TLRailUK will have to give me most of it back through delay repay because they seem incapable of running any services on time #ripoffrail
@TLRailUK so I cut my evening short and dash across London to catch the 21:27 train, the only train you were actually running tonight. Still sitting on the train at 21:37 because you can’t decide if it’s going to run at all, and no alternative because everything else is cancelled
