The way I build the vectors is slightly different: The screen is divded into cells. Then I divide those cells into a subgrid. The average luminance of each cell in the subgrid is what I use to build the vector I think the math also differs in some places because it all runs in compute shaders alexharri.com/blog/ascii-ren…

🔥 Almost done with the registry schema. It’s unbelievably powerful for code generation and distribution. Define code as a flat JSON file and distribute it via the CLI. ✅ Custom styles: bring your own design system, components & tokens ✅ Extend, override, mix & match components from third-party registries and LLMs ✅ Install themes, CSS vars, hooks, animations, and Tailwind layers & utilities On install, the code adapts to your local styles. ⬇️

Hey @OpenAIDevs can we expect a native WebSocket support anytime soon?
Hey @OpenAI, any plans on supporting native WebSocket in the realtime API like Kubernetes does? We can't set custom headers with native WebSocket but we can configure `protocols`. Kubernetes uses this fact to transfer authorization tokens. github.com/kubernetes/kubern…

WordPress v WP Engine I always wanted WordPress's popularity to die fast. It's a horrible software that is empowering way too many wannabe webdev. Couldn't have dreamed of a better drama to destroy years of trust in that software! Thanks @photomatt !

A sneak peak of what's coming to @tan_stack Start Devtools! The waterfall view shows the full power of parallel route fetching and link preloads! 🔥 You’ll be able to visually track how long each loader runs on the server and what arguments were available during SSR!

I can't express enough how much I love @sinclair_zx81's TypeBox! Made a hello RPC that returns a template literal `${number}. Hello ${string}`. My client library can infer the result type correctly! Way better than `unknown` or `string`!

Why are Cursor and Melty not just a VSCode extension? I feel like this trend in forking, and maintaining, a whole IDE for a set of extensions is 🤯

My girlfriend invited my old Facebook account to my kid's class FB group and now I keep receiving password reset emails. Haven't used this account for the past 3 years. The timing is intriguing 🤔

I built so many versions of this lib in the past years and always came back to Zod/Typebox. High hopes for this one!
