#poshmark lost a bag that was worth 350 dollars in the mail and will not return my customer service requests. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

.@Poshmarkapp @PoshmarkSupport It’s been almost a month. A $350 bag I sold disappeared after a canceled transaction, and despite countless emails to your support team, I still don’t have my item returned or a resolution. Please help and escalate this case. Super disappointed in the customer experience of this site.

Pretty disappointed with the lack of response from @PoshmarkSupport. @Poshmarkapp Multiple emails sent, issue still unresolved, and no meaningful update. Sellers deserve better communication when money/accounts are involved.

We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.
