So, NZ should have a conversation about our nuclear stance? I agree. Let’s discuss it this November.

BREAKING: 🇨🇳 China's court just ruled companies can't fire workers only to replace them with AI. Beijing is warning firms that putting profit over jobs could carry penalties, especially when it comes to young people. Read that again. The country racing hardest to win the AI race just told its own companies to slow down. You can't automate a human out of a job purely to cut costs. China has high youth unemployment and a slowing economy. A wave of AI layoffs would devastating. So Beijing is doing what it always does. Stability first. Efficiency second. The "AI replaces everyone" trade assumes nothing stands in the way. Beijing just stood in the way. By decree.

I was in the middle of taping on my iPhone for a social video from the White House North Lawn when we heard the shots. It sounded like dozens of gunshots. We were told to sprint to the press briefing room where we are holding now.

I wrote something about Seymour’s issues today by chance! open.substack.com/pub/andrew…
Just googled this ministry to see what it’s achieved. I assumed that as he lusts attention, he would have crowed to the media about every little win. Curiously I found sweet fuck all. Seriously, just google it. I was genuinely surprised at how little it’s done.

Saying they will make public service cuts through utilisation of AI is irrelevant without detailing how. So far, no minister has been able to say how this will work when asked. They have just made thousands of people worried for their jobs without reason. Other than cruelty.

Soper's gripe with her was that she didn't call on him first at briefings and never attempted winning him over. That is why he considers her the worst PM of his lifetime. NZ's media establishment, folks.

Finally watched Prime Minister on Netflix. Can’t help thinking how fucking good Jacinda was as PM. Fuck the haters, I won’t engage in your replies, it’s just my opinion, I don’t care what you think. Oh, but fuck Barry Soper, what a cock juice.

Oh,and watching the private footage of her in government house makes you wonder why Luxon couldn’t possibly live there without a million dollar renovation. Poor wee snowflake, looked pretty fucking good to me.

Government: ‘we need to ban the homeless from our city centres’ Also the Government: ‘hey, we’ve given landlords a massive tax break, we can’t afford to help out the homeless’ Utterly shameful.

Installing solar is virtual signaling, that is correct.

Genuinely baffled by this. We had solar installed a few months ago. Zero red tape. One inspection. Seymour quoted here saying up to seven inspections needed. Has his regulations ministry actually achieved anything or is it just more virtue signalling rnz.co.nz/news/political/594…
