a few weeks ago, I tried to see how far I could get into making my own JoiPlay alternative for iOS, and it turned out okay: games boot and (seem to) play well! 🧵
big warning for the ones who want to take a look at the codebase, it's a mess: it's full of unhinged syntax hacks trying to make old ( 23 year old!) Ruby binaries behave
You can grab the .ipa from the repo below!
I might try to publish it to the App Store if it gets some traction (if the review doesn't drive me crazy)
