Reporting its financial results, Ubisoft has finally set a date for the next Ghost Recon - promising it by the end of March 2029.
Promise is a strong word, even though they have 3 years to fulfil it.
Ubisoft has published new 2025 sales data covering a snapshot of sales and player counts across its major series. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon has sold over 40 million units worldwide, with Wildlands alone surpassing 10 million units— making it the series’ most successful entry.
Next Ghost Recon possibly delayed until 2027 as Ubisoft re-thinks priorities. "After a review of our pipeline, we have decided to provide additional development time to some of our biggest productions in order to create the best conditions for success," said CEO Yves Guillemot. "
