Group 4 collaborated w/ an affordable housing developer on a feasibility study and early concepts to transform an existing @SantaCruzMETRO bus tarmac into a transit oriented development to support the southern extents of METRO's service area & address critical housing shortages.

It was great to see steel framing for what will be a landmark destination for dynamic programming & world-class recreation aquatic facilities. Soaring volumes, strong indoor-outdoor connections, & integration into City Park stood out to our staff visiting for the first time.
