So I can’t do the 2011 v 2021 thing due to lack of photos, but I can do this. My now 17yo son & me rocking the same pose from when he was 2 & I was slimmer with more & darker hair! Full disclosure: the now photo was taken in 2020 & the original in 2007.

Run 55 of 2026 done✅ Sunday morning 5km after I dropped the boys off at football training
I’m pretty sure the timing of the 1st km was out but I’ll take it.

Run 54 of 2026 done ✅Friday wfh 5km. I’ve been super lazy & lacking motivation which spiralled a bit. Lost fitness too
So I gritted my teeth & forced myself out & as always, didn’t regret going.
