Extremely disappointed with @IndiGo6E and @qatarairways !!
My family traveled from the US to New Delhi on the 18th of July 2024, but one of their checked-in luggage items didn't arrive.

Despite assurances from Indigo Airlines, they spent two days in Delhi and wasted four hours at the airport without assistance. They are still waiting for the luggage and a response.

@mybmc need immediate repair work on this drain cover that has an iron strip coming out of it. It’s in the middle of the road. Somebody might get injured.
