Nothing screams incompetent team like having an overallocated guaranteed mint.
This means that the team:
- Doesn't trust that they can sell out
- Doesn't care about keeping their word
- Willing to burn bridges with communities
- Probably just looking to make a quick buck
If anyone was able to mint, I can pretty much guarantee that projects like these will trend to zero and be forgotten about it within a month, if not earlier (and the team will not care about actually building)
Send them to zero
this guaranteed but not really guaranteed phase is pretty annoying
its really not that hard unless you have an incapable team that can't do simple maths and can't add up their spots allocated per group.
