there are other laws in that verse that we practice not just the tattoos. And yea about it being in the Old Testament,Idk If it’s while it’s considered irrelevant,but the 10commandments is in the Old Testament too,why is it still relevant till date?

Its written by humans. Including Quran ! Nowhere has God been a scribe-even if Moses says God wrote 10commandments himself, we still see it as Moses law, coz he told us that, we can only trust. Maybe he forgot 1 law who knows. But he spoke things that others spoke so its reliable

Sin is breaking the 10commandments! (1Jn 3:4) and Paul is not a false prophet! Those that are unstable and unlearned twist Paul’s words to their own destruction as with other scriptures as Peter told you in (2Pe 3:14-16) And you do have to submit to the authority over us (Rom 13)
