Last year or so I've been focused on More of a bodybuilding program. I've been able to experiment with a lot of different things and it's been very enjoyable. Now it's time to get back to a strength training focus. Focusing on the basics, deadlift, squat, press. This week is baseline testing and then I'm putting together a 12 week program using some methodologies and concepts in combinations that I've never tried before.
