Trudy Newman is in the spotlight this week as we count down to celebrate #20yearsofClick! Trudy is such a highlight of the film based solely on Kavner's performance. It's such a good shorthand to cast Marge Simpson's voice actor to play a mother.

Kathy O'Doyle is our character of the week as we count down to #20YearsofClick! Kathy has a generous 10 seconds of screentime but makes the most of it! Seeing Kevin's loud and abusive mother kind of makes you realise why Kevin spent so much time with the Newman family!

Ping Woo is our character spotlight for our character of the week as we count down #20YearsofClick! Despite being in the movie for a matter of seconds, Ping Woo remains a huge bright spot of the film, even after watching it every week for 6 years!

This week's character spotlight as we count down to #20YearsofClick is Stacy, the Australian assistant to Mr Ammer with a 4.81 ⭐ ranking on WikiFeet! Stacy doesn't get to do much beyond being the butt of so many "sexy secretary" gags, but I don't think she's underutilized.

Celebrating #20YearsofClick, our Week 9 character spotlight is Bill! Charismatic, attentive, confident, great with the kids - Bill is everything that the Newman family needs and everything Michael isn't. Even after the do-over, Michael should probably be worried about Bill.

Kevin O'Doyle is our character spotlight for Week 8 of our #20YearsofClick countdown! An absolute gem of a character; he's rude, he's bratty, and he's not even that nice to Ben; but he's the most memorable kid character in the film and I miss his absence in the second half.

Week 7 of our #20YearsofClick character spotlight is a personal favourite of ours, Janine! An enthusiastic and deeply empathetic friend to Donna who makes an effort despite Michael's open hostility.

I think this scene is so forgettable because it's a glorified cameo that goes for way too long. But we're here to celebrate #20YearsofClick, and so let's celebrate the fact that this isn't Rob Schneider's most racist role in an Adam Sandler movie. Small wins!
