Day 13/30
Today was actually really interesting. We finally had that meeting and made real progress, the project charter is basically done! 🙌
We just have a few bits of info left to input, which I’ll handle once I get home (I had to step out to run some errands).

Day 12/30 – project update
So… Daniel and I didn’t end up doing the project charter 😅
The team kind of moved past that, and now our next deliverable is the Gantt chart.
Hopefully, this time around, we’re all able to actually work together.
Fingers crossed 🤞

Finally got through Project Time Mngmt.
At first, I didn’t understand it,but after watching few videos,it started to make sense.
What surprised me though? PM has math! 😩I didn’t see it coming.
I don’t like math,so I hope this isn’t a deal breaker for me 😂
