To be fair, they still push #3randomWords too - despite it being known to be insecure for decades. So, they clearly have a history of bad choices.

FYI @PoliceDSC @NCSC... those #3randomWords you think take quadrillions of years to break... Try weeks... and sub Β£2k outlay with 100,000 rounds of PBKDF2. Now picture the time/cost with MD5. Please, stop giving out this advice.
Replying to @Paul_Reviews
Oh dear. As you probably know, we ran contest to get an estimate on 3 random words using 100K rounds of PBKDF2-H256. Those are crackable with about $4300 effort. Extrapolating to MD5 doesn’t paint a pretty picture. blog.1password.com/cracking-…

No, just no. This is demonstrably awful advice, with the average 3 word password taking a mere 40 seconds to break. Don't use #3randomwords for #passwords. Use a password manager.
As more of us are working from home to control the spread of #coronavirus, it has never been more important to take a few simple steps to protect yourself online & prevent yourself becoming a victim of #fraud or #cybercrime. #Staysafeonline with our series of videos - passwords/3
