【　今　AI業界で起こっていること　】 ノリコ母さんは、達観視しているが、 今朝、Bossからこんな、メッセージが来た。 要約すると、 最近共有していた案件の、クライアントが直接ワーカーと契約するスタイルに方向転換したと。 私との契約は、今のTLとしてではなく、 リクルーターとしての可能性を示唆していた。 でもその裏側も瞬時に理解した。 ノリコ母さんは、ワーカーとして経験済みの 状況だからだ。 参考意見を教えてほしいと。 めちゃくちゃBossは焦っている様子。。 そりゃそうだ、中間業者はいらないと いわれたのだから。 ノリコ母さんへの打診は紹介料を払うから、 ワーカーを直接紹介してくれない？ その紹介料はどこから出るの？ クライアントからであれば、きっと 以前Appenで対応したそれであろう。 不確定なものだ。 AISolutionの仕事をしていると、本当に 製造業と似て非なるものだと感じる。 製造業は物が動くため、原材料の仕入れから 多額の予算が動く。やり直しがきかないから、入念に計算し入念に計画を立てて動く。 ところがAISolution業界は、実際に物が動くわけではないから、簡単に計画が変更になる。 上がコロコロ方針を転換したりよく変わる。 「AIデータ（アノテーション・アライメント・QA）業界」現在世界におよそ10〜15社ほどの主要なグループに集約されている。 この業界は今、シリコンバレーの莫大なAI投資を受けて凄まじい勢いで再編が進んでおり、時価総額が数千億円〜1兆円を超える「メガ・プラットフォーム」から、独自のAI選考でエリートワーカーを囲い込む「新興テック企業」まで、いくつかのレイヤーに分かれている。 この辺のことは、うちの学長にお任せするとして、 ノリコ母さんは、そろそろワーカーへ戻るとしよう。 仕事が継続されたら、されたでそれでいいとも思うし。 どちらにしろ無傷。 この経験をプロフィールに追加して、 またやればいいのだ。 このフッ軽さが海外ワークのポイントですよ。 ではまたー

【　Claudeってすごいね　】 ノリコ母さんは、現在韓国のAIsolution会社と 契約し、日本人ワーカーを集める録音案件を 受け持っているが、ガイドラインだけを ポイっとあげるわけにいかないので、 マニュアルなどの資料を用意しているのだが、 そのマニュアル作りがそもそも、大変なんだよ、と 思っていた。 最初は、Googleドキュメントに、ガイドラインと Leeさんとのやり取りを翻訳したものを、 ずっとメモにしていたものを、Claudeにいれて、 作成してもらったが、Googledriveへの連携が 上手くいかず、画像を手貼りしながら作成した。 ところが、今回次のステップ用にも マニュアルが必要になり、再び、 Claudeへ、今までのメモもかなり増えていた。 その中から、流れを順番に綺麗にまとめてくれた。 表形式になっていてとても見やすい。 そして今回は、Claudeから直接、Googleドライヴで 開けるようになっていた。 大！進歩である。　めちゃめちゃ便利になった。 Googleドキュメントにメモしたものを 綺麗に並べて整理して、出力はdriveで共有 マニュアルを新たに作成してくれたのだ。 たった数日でこの進歩は本当にすごい。 ではまた明日〜
