I agree MS against mages OP but any more than 300g boots is trolling. The line is very fine. Mages are allowed to get away with building MS more than ADC because they can keep staying safe while doing damage with superior range. APC’s gating is mana. ADCs tuning are a lot tighter (because they theoretically scales to late game harder with Crit). You need gap close to enter a Mage’s “statcheck range”. But once you get there and don’t do enough damage, the Mages can actually reverse-stat check you by throwing spells point blank. Patch 8.11 devs literally created weakness in ADC class in stats to make sure APCs are ADC killers. So ADC’s weakness against APC isn’t simply “they weren’t smart enough to buy MS/MR vs me so I win”. APCs were made to kill ADCs.
