I think it’s necessary to ask why the United States got involved overseas with biolabs in 1991. Yes the relevant date is 1991. Well, what happened in 1991? When the USSR dissolved at the end of 1991, it left roughly 30,000 nuclear weapons, an estimated 40,000 tons of chemical weapons, and the world’s largest biological weapons program spread across what became 15 separate countries including Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. Ukraine alone briefly became the third-largest nuclear power in the world. None of these new governments had the money, institutions, or expertise to secure all of it. So in November 1991, two senators Sam Nunn (a Georgia Democrat) and Richard Lugar (an Indiana Republican) passed the Soviet Threat Reduction Act, creating what became the Cooperative Threat Reduction program. The logic wasn’t sinister at all. It was actually pretty damn sound. It’s cheaper and safer to pay to dismantle and secure these weapons at the source than to face them later in the hands of an enemy or a terrorist. The biological component specifically did three things: secured or destroyed the dangerous pathogen stocks left from the Soviet program, converted former weapons labs into public-health and disease-surveillance labs, and employed the scientists in detecting natural outbreaks instead of engineering them. So really we had to clean up the super secret bio labs Russia created and kept in secret. Behind a civilian front called Biopreparat, the Soviet Union ran the largest and most advanced secret bioweapons program in history. It employed 70,000 people, and it was in direct violation of the 1972 treaty it signed not to do that. So instead they created a biolab to test anthrax, plague, smallpox, tularemia, and Marburg, and genetically engineered strains to resist antibiotics and survive missile flights. The weaponized anthrax leaked from a military plant at Sverdlovsk in 1979 and killed dozens (Russia blamed on tainted meat for 13 years); then an open-air smallpox test near the Aral Sea sickened ten and killed three in 1971 (this was also hidden for three decades). Russia also ran the world’s largest chemical-weapons stockpile, including the undeclared Novichok nerve agents later used to poison Sergei Skripal in 2018 and Alexei Navalny in 2020, plus the radioactive polonium-210 assassination of defector Alexander Litvinenko in London in 2006. Every program was built in secret, denied, and exposed only by accidents, defectors, or forensic trails. Ukraine emerged from the USSR as the world’s third-largest nuclear power, so the entire 1990s went to get Ukraine to give up the nuclear weapons left on its soil.  Through that decade, Cooperative Threat Reduction money in Ukraine was spent dismantling warheads, missiles, and silos. Once the nuclear work was winding down and bioterrorism had jumped to the top of the US security agenda (post-9/11 and the 2001 anthrax letters), attention turned to Ukraine’s remaining unsecured Soviet residue: the dangerous pathogen stocks still held in the old anti-plague network. That’s exactly what the new deal targeted the Soviet-era anti-plague network, which still stored dangerous pathogens.  The agreement was signed in Kyiv in August 2005 to secure them and convert them into safe research facilities. So if you wanna talk about the role of the media in the entire Ukraine war and what they said in 2022 and how they were not forthcoming and how the fact checks were so stupid that all of us kept telling them they’re full of it, we can do that. If you wanna talk about how they used every single thing they could as leverage to convince Americans to support Ukraine, we can do that too, but at the end of the day, but we’re not gonna do, at least those of us that are pro the United States of America is repeat Russian talking points. You’re the only country who funded secret bio labs was Russia. And they got caught.

EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 @TulsiGabbard Recycled Published Russian Intelligence And Claimed It Was An Official American Intelligence Document In Her Latest Act Of Deception Days Before She Is Set To “Resign” As DNI 🚨 In her “Ukrainian Bio lab” document “declassification” release this week, I’ve discovered that DNI Tulsi Gabbard used graphics from official Russian intelligence documents and slapped an ODNI @ODNIgov logo on top of these same documents to present them as an official intel report created by the US government. Upon further analysis of Tulsi Gabbard’s most recent declassification related to Ukraine, I have discovered evidence that she is directly peddling Russian government propaganda. Slide 4 contains the internal work product of an American corporation (Black and Veatch) that worked with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in Ukraine. The Russian Government claims to have captured these documents during their invasion of Ukraine. The Russian Government then widely publicized these products in their own official reports in 2022. Gabbard’s political staff (not IC analysts) recycled published propaganda of the Russian Government in an attempt to spread false narratives while falsely claiming the slideshow she released this week is an original work product of US intel agencies. Page 83 of the following document presented by the Russian Government to the UN Security Council shows the exact figure that Gabbard recycled in slide 4 of her release this week. Let’s be clear: there is no evidence that Ukraine in its longstanding cooperative program with the US has engaged in Gain of Function or biological weapons research. Unsuccessful people love to blame successful people for their own failures. If you have no savings and no retirement after working for nearly 40 straight years, you made poor life choices. That’s reality. I don’t care if it angers you. Hell, I bought my first house when I was an E4 with a family on only my income. No one helped me do it. The younger generation loves to whine about how they are broke, yet they DoorDash food and eat out multiple times a month, or waste money doing something else they find more important in the short term. Most have never even thought about making a budget or a savings plan. And most businessmen that are successful and wealthy accomplished their wealth by not only working hard, but also by taking risks and pushing for something they had to build or create themselves. Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn’t, but successful people don’t just sit in a dead end job for almost 40 years and blame all of their misgivings on someone who has built multiple extremely successful businesses. They get out there and mold their own destiny. Victimhood culture is so boring…

Everyone reads FARA filings for what's in them. But sometimes, it's just as interesting to see what isn't. Take Qatar. As of this week, it has 30 active registered foreign agents in the U.S. Over the last 30 days, only one of those 30 agents filed anything at all: Lumen8 Advisors. That means 29 of 30 (97%) went a full month without putting a single thing about their activities as foreign agents on record. Widen it to 90 days and it barely moves. Six agents filed something; 24 filed nothing. So 80% of the people registered to work for one of the most aggressive influence operations in Washington show zero activity for an entire quarter. Push the window out further and it gets worse: some of these agents haven't filed anything in years. The craziest thing of all is that almost none of it breaks a rule. FARA only asks for a supplemental every six months, so months of silence is perfectly legal. The gaps that stretch into years do cross the line, yet nothing happens to them. Either way, the silence isn't agents evading the system, but the system working exactly as written. Which is a huge problem. A disclosure system where near-total "compliance" still leaves 80% of agents invisible for a quarter isn't a window into foreign influence. Whatever these 30 agents are doing for Doha right now, the public record is a near-blank page, and every one of them is in perfect standing.

So here is break down for some ignorant people. ~55 million monthly active users in the United States. Jewish American presence: US Jewish population ~5.7–7.5 million. Rough estimate of Jewish American X users: low millions (proportional to population ~21% general US adult usage rate). Even if every American Jewish person in the US were active on the platform, that would be only about 10–14% of the ~55 million US active users. So if you think they are controlling all the narrative and propaganda on X, you are believing something that math makes impossible. Antisemitic content (quantifiable from one major study, Feb 2024–Jan 2025): ~679,584 identified antisemitic posts, viewed ~193 million times total. Top 10 accounts drove 32% of them. X took visible action on ~12% of the top conspiracy posts analyzed. Exposure & attitudes (US surveys): 71–73% of American Jews reported seeing/hearing antisemitism online/social media in the past year (37% specifically on X); 19% were personally targeted. 70% of US adults say antisemitism is a problem in the US; 63% believe it increased since Oct 2023. 45% of US adults saw antisemitic incidents (74% of those online/social media). Exact counts of “pro-Jewish” vs “anti-Jewish” accounts? Not available, most users are neutral on these topics. Hate exists and is measurable, but data shows it is often concentrated rather than widespread across the platform.
