Gustavo Francisco no justifique lo contraevidente. Al analisis del abogado Enrique Correa vale la pena añadirle que la Comisión de Concertación es la única instancia y está respaldada por la ley 278/1995 y la 990/2005. La conocía? No sé puede reemplazar el Art56 por Art53.
