The Triad:
➔ Port-wine stain (Capillary malformation).
➔ Venous malformations (Varicose veins).
➔ Bony/Soft tissue hypertrophy (Limb overgrowth).
➔ Mutation: Somatic PIK3CA.
➔ Main Risk: Recurrent DVT and PE.
➔ Key DDx: Parkes Weber Syndrome (includes AVFs/High-flow).
➔ Management: Compression, Sclerotherapy, and Orthopedic correction.
The leg won't stop growing.
