No it's not lol, Greninja wasn't in Gen 8 so it was Accelgor's SM, and Accelgor wasn't in Gen 9 so that's how it currently became Greninja's SM. Plus they're not against nerfing SM's, please see Gholdengo who just got shot in the back of the head 15 times
