There's a track record of success there. Through accesslab, @AmberFirefly, I was paired with a Dartmouth cllr de Galleani to evidence they impact of idling buses. They were subsequently banned, reducing air pollution and Dartmouth's carbon footprint. dartmouthtowncouncil.gov.uk/…
