Smashed my PB by 9secs to hit a new PB. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Today’s 100 reps x 4 took 6mins 44secs! 🔥🔥🔥
I can confirm that a sub-7mins is not only possible but very repeatable! 💯 Done it for 3 days straight now. 🥰
New target is to keep maintaining a sub-7mins time for some time.🥹

I completed 100 reps of each of the simple 4 movements while listening to
@Peruzzi’s latest album. 🔥
1. Hands at back of the head - 100 steppings.
2. Repeated extension or hugging movement - 100 steppings.
3. Hands up and down - 100 steppings.
4. Hands clapping under legs - 100 steppings.
Finish.
The result is in the consistency. 💯
