We, here in the USA, appreciate these efforts & will likely be informed by them.
We have the opportunity in Massachusetts, for the customer to have the FIRST say. Wouldn’t that be refreshing?
@laurmatteodo how about a Zoom town hall where operators can hear from sports bettors?

Let's be straight the regulator is powerless the proved it time and time again. They say we have done all we can that's crap and we know it as a disordered gambler if I could of taken a break I would of. If I could of bet responsible I would of. Well done getting your story out
