On this post Oscars Monday allow me express one of my BIGGEST pet peeves: staying in character at all times IS NOT METHOD. That is not what Stanislavsky and Strasberg meant AT ALL. That’s not method, that’s being a pretentious wang. Much like I am in this tweet. #actorproblems

I’m pretty good (these days- it took years to get here) about submitting an audition and letting it go and moving on. I can do that 99/100 auditions. … but then there is always that ONE that I can’t shake off. Ugh. I want iiiiit 🙈
