I find it interesting that like you Wesley you can explain the Word of God But the ability to make a difference in the culture (on main street) in the very place's you live is a very different thing. RIP England

Blessed to be in Jakarta for the Patmos Global Summit for Bible Engagement as President of British and Foreign Bible Society, with my dear brothers, @BibleSociety CEO Paul Williams, and UnitedBibleSocieties.org Secretary General Dirk Gevers. Presented a reflection on the relevance and significance of Bible Engagement during these times of conflict and uncertainty. ‘When reflecting on Revelation 22:10, “And he said to me, ‘Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand’”, we remember the words of Saint Cyril of Alexandria, who wrote “The Word of God came not to remain hidden, but to be proclaimed for the salvation of the world.”’ Privileged to then be on a panel with CommunityBibleStudy.org’s Andy Hust, @AlphaCourse International’s Roger Mawle, @SILglobal’s Michel Kenmogne, and @Oikoumene’s @MarianneEjder.
