The legendary, almost mythological match against Colorado! Weather delayed, seven red cards, we won, but the squad was so decimated by red cards, and Wynalda’s absence due to red card, that we couldn’t beat Chicago at home.

Many of my favorite Atlanta Silverbacks moments involved the US Open Cup. Matches against Real Salt Lake, especially the away match we watched at the pub in E Atlanta. Extra time, multiple goals, lost anyway. Revenge the next year at home!
